Mounting Accessories

Thorlabs offers flexure stage accessories for its nanopositioning stages. Our kinematic platforms match the deck height of our 3-axis flexure stages and provide a combination of pitch, roll, and yaw adjustment. Adapter plates and extension platforms allow for more flexible mounting surfaces. Other accessories include kinematic optic mounts, top plates, microscopy slide holders, and test target holders.
