MIR Lasers

Thorlabs offers a variety MIR laser systems and individual laser diodes. Our selection includes a MIR supercontinuum laser source (1.3 - 4.5 µm), fiber lasers with a center wavelength of 2 µm or 2.7 µm, Quantum Cascade Lasers (QCLs) and Interband Cascade Lasers (ICLs) with Distributed Bragg Reflector (DBR) and Distributed Feedback (DFB) designs (3.00 – 11.00 µm), a LW-IR supercontinuum laser source (3.5 - 11 µm), and turnkey Fabry-Perot (4.00 µm, 4.55 µm, or 10.5 µm) and DFB (4 - 5 µm or 9 - 10 µm) QCL laser systems.
