Motorized Vertical Stages

Thorlabs provides motorized vertical stages for dedicated Z-axis translation. Our motorized vertical stage offerings include a piezo stage that provides up to 1100 µm of high-resolution travel, a compact piezo inertia stage with a 4.5 mm travel range, a 13 mm vertical stage designed to have the same nominal deck height as our Microblock™, RollerBlock™, and 3-Axis NanoMax™ stages, a 30 mm DC servo motor stage with a large mounting platform, and a high-load capacity stage with 50 mm of smooth linear height adjustment ideal for mounting optomechanical sub-assemblies.
